The publication, display or availability of protected material on the Website, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other publicly accessible platform does not constitute a transfer, assignment, waiver or general licence of any intellectual property right.

The unauthorized copying or republication of project imagery, photographs, architectural works, renderings, drawings, plans or other creative material is expressly prohibited except to the extent otherwise permitted by applicable law.
No licence or right to use the Hurtado Arquitectos name, logo, trademarks, trade names, visual identity or other brand elements is granted by access to the Website or its official digital channels.
