Project Overview
TIGO HQ is a 6,000m² commercial interior spanning two levels, designed as the regional headquarters for international telecommunications company TIGO in Managua, Nicaragua.
The concept began with the brand itself — extracting TIGO's corporate identity and translating it into space through material, colour and detail. Rather than applying the brand literally, the studio used it as a palette: present throughout, but always restrained.
The spatial strategy prioritised openness and visibility. Meeting rooms, lounges, workspaces and glass-enclosed phone booths were arranged so that every part of the floor plate connects visually — a workplace where transparency is not just aesthetic, but cultural.
